The last 2 weeks have been tough in wednesday night yoga class. Last week, my sister had to put her dog down after having him for 13 years; and with the changes at home, I’ve been a bit stressed. It’s always a good class, but due to emotions, my body isn’t as lively and energetic as it usually is. Which is ok, we all go through phases. Sometimes a good stretch and strengthen class is all you need to feel better.
